Photography and art direction for the Etsy Design Awards.
The annual Etsy Design Awards showcases the best items across Etsy, from sellers across the globe. For its second year of production, I pitched, concepted, art directed, and led the visual rollout of the campaign, with photography as the principal centerpoint.
Working in collaboration with photographer Yudi Ela and prop stylist / set designer Kalen Kaminski, I chose a radically different direction from the inaugural Etsy Design Awards. Softer textures, dreamier lighting, and an emphasis on minimal form brought out the handcrafted nature of the items while also imbuing them with an imbuing them with an emotive romance.
